A New Way of Entering into Banking Job through IFBI

After finishing engineering,many graduates are changing their career path from engineering to BANKING. I think it is not totally wrong to choose another field after you have studied about engineering for the past 4 years. Many engineering graduates are not getting a satisfied or permanent job,this is the prime reason for young engineering graduates to change their career path from engineering to banking. Notable number of peoples like banking more than IT.This is because,banking job offers job guarantee and promises fast career growth. Many peoples study for State Bank of India PO and Clerical,as this bank is the first and fore most preference for most of the young  banking aspirants.

But I immediately joined IFBI ,Madurai centre.After 6 months training in 4 different modules,we had been offered 3 interview opportunities with private banks. In which i got selected in Lakshmi Vilas Bank as Clerk.

Now iam working as a Assistant Manager at Federal Bank Ltd.
